Visa Support

Visitors to the United States must have a valid passport and a visa. We can provide a Visa Letter of Invitation to those that need a visa to attend the conference. Please read the information below carefully.

U.S. visa

A visa is required for citizens of countries that do not participate in the Visa Waiver Program. Information about the Visa Waiver Program, including a list of participating countries and program requirements, can be found on the U.S. Department of State’s website. Travelers using the Visa Waiver Program must also have valid Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) approval before they travel.

The most appropriate visa type to attend a scientific conference is a Business (B-1) Visa.

Requesting a visa letter

Please send an email to the IWN team (info@iwn2024.org) requesting the visa form.

Please note that completing the form is not a guarantee of a Letter of Invitation. A requirement for approval is that you submit a draft of your abstract for the research you intend to present at IWN 2024 through a form which we will share with you. After completion of the form, a committee will review your request and issue letters by email in PDF format.
